At CAPICHE CAPS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if your cap isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the cap securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent any crushing or damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
